Description: Attention all Civil War buffs and history lovers of all ages! This is not your standard blue and grey presentation that focuses on generals and dates. Join us as local reenactor, Thom Gressman, portrays "The Fighting Parson," Chaplain Lorenzo Barber of the 2nd United States Sharpshooters, as he focuses on the equipment, uniforms, weapons, training and living conditions of enlisted infantrymen who served in the Civil War. Come learn about "tree-frogs," hard-tack and more!
