The Whiskey Rebellion
Organization: Fort Ligonier
Description: Fort Ligonier will commemorate the anniversary of George Washington's friendly fire incident with a special program at the museum. Albert Gallatin, fourth secretary of the treasury, interpreted by Ronald Duquette, will present "The Whiskey Rebellion - a continuation of the battle between 'friends of order' vs. 'friends of liberty,' which began with the Stamp Act and continues to this day."

There is no charge for this event, but reservations are required.
