Vegetarian Four-Course Meal

Description: The Westmoreland Museum of American Art will host s vegetarian four-course culinary experience with author Frances Moore Lappe on Sept. 21. The food to be served is inspired by Lappe's best-selling cookbook, "Diet for a Small Planet," prepared by Chef Taylor Kalasky of Yumzio Bistro.
The first course is carrot bisque, the second course is stuffed pepper and stuffed tomato, the third course is Zucchini lasagna and the fourth and final course is a spice cake. The included soup is dairy-free and all courses are nut-free.
Tickets are $50 for members and $60 for non-members. A dinner and wine pairing for members is $90, and the pairing for non-members is $100.
