Organization: Keystone State Park
Description: Spring is in the air! If you enjoy the simple pleasures of March – milder weather, early blooms, frog songs – you may also enjoy the interesting and beautiful migratory birds that rest and feed at Keystone Lake this special time of year. Meet at the visitor center for an introduction to migratory waterfowl and hike to the lake to search for a variety of migrants such as scaup, mergansers, and cormorants! Following the hike, mingle with fellow nature lovers and sip shade-grown coffee, compliments of Birds & Beans – the good coffee. A limited number of binoculars are available to borrow.
