Results Through Simple Strategic Planning
Organization: Small Business Development Center
Description: Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center will host Results Through Strategic Planning from 8 a.m. to 12 noon at Saint Vincent College. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.

This workshop will give participants the tools they need to strategically plan for business success. Attendees will leave with energy, vision and focus for 2012. Six key areas will be covered: strategies for improving time management, sales, marketing, and team; and a simple yet effective structure for planning a business. Four CPE Other Credits are available on request.

Presenter Ken Sevick is a master coach and owner of ActionCOACH Business Coaching of Western Pennsylvania. After 17 years as a successful executive with a major national retailer, Mr. Sevick joined the ActionCOACH team in 2004. Since then, he has coached business owners, CEOs and their teams in more than 30 different industries helping them to achieve better results in profitability, time management, leadership and team development.

The fee to attend this seminar is $49. Included with the registration fee is a one-year subscription (12 issues) to Inc. magazine, valued at $10. The Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center is part of a statewide system of university-based economic development organizations, whose mission is to provide high quality education and consulting to entrepreneurs, to help them start and grow their businesses in the competitive global economy.
