Human Trafficking in Westmoreland County: Presented by the Blackburn Center, Hosted by Adams Memorial Library
Description: The purpose of this program is to bring awareness about human trafficking to community members and how it presents itself in Westmoreland County. Focus will be placed on how to identify and respond to victims of human trafficking. The Blackburn Center provides confidental, no-cost services to this impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes.
