- Sign up and report at any of our four Libraries - Adams Memorial Library, Caldwell Memorial Library, Unity Library, or the Bookmobile.
- Keep a log of the time you spend listening or reading to books from the library and report back before August 9th.
Please bring the log with you each time you return to the Library.
- Earn prize chance slips for every half-hour you listen! Have a chance to win one of 50 different prizes this year!
- Please DO NOT fold the chance slips.
- Receive incentive prizes for each reading goal you meet - 5 hours, 10 hours, 15 hours, 20 hours and 25 hours.
- Put an "x" in a box each time you complete 30 minutes of reading. Please make the marks going down in each column.
- Report at any of the four Libraries – Adams Memorial Library, Caldwell Memorial Library, Unity Library, Bookmobile. Reporting ends August 9th.
REPORTING TIMES: Reporting at Adams Memorial Library, Caldwell Memorial Library, and the Unity Library will end 15 MINUTES before each Library closes. Please check with the Bookmobile for reporting times there. Thank You!
