Operational decisions are made and administered by the Special Olympics Pennsylvania-Westmoreland County Management Team Board headed by a County Manager. The Management Team consists of volunteers who, with an average of 18 years of service, have demonstrated a total commitment towards Special Olympics Pennsylvania-Westmoreland Chapter.
