An Evening with Edgar Allan Poe
October 20, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
It’s no secret that Edgar Allan Poe has thrilled and shocked readers for over 150 years, but it might shock you to know he’ll be live on Zoom on Wednesday, October 20 @ 6 p.m! In this event hosted by Adams Memorial Library and Monessen Public Library, literary historian Rob Velella will return to virtually portray Poe, who will read from his works, both well-known and forgotten. Poe will also explain his reasons for writing the way he did and take questions from those in attendance.
