2026 Palmer Summer Reading Program
The Palmer Summer Reading Program is nine weeks of fun, festivities, and frivolity! We’ve got crafts, storytimes, music, and events for all ages! You can register anytime on or after Monday, June 1st! The program ends at 11:59PM on Saturday, August 1, so get reading, log your hours, and assign your raffle tickets!
Register and track your hours online using Beanstack (see above & below)! You can also register and track your hours on paper by signing up in-person at Adams Memorial Library’s Children’s Desk or Caldwell Memorial Library’s main desk.

We use Beanstack to track summer reading progress. You can sign up either on the Beanstack app (links below) or on pc (picture at top) to be eligible for tickets! For every hour of reading (or being read to), you earn the chance to receive incentives and win prizes!!
Events for Children & Teens
Most events require registration. If you sign up for a program and find you cannot attend, PLEASE call to let us know!
Bake A Tale
Join Miss Karen each month for Bake a Tale! Each session, we will be exploring stories, recipes, and a quick craft together. Families can receive a free recipe and activity packet at the Children’s Room desk.

Inquire Within
Join the Children’s Room staff each month for fun with our PBS Kids friends! Thanks to our friends at WQED Education and Clearview Federal Credit Union, families can receive a free activity kit at the Children’s Room desk.
